But if a person doesn’t really know where to write or to whom, then the urge soon dies.” The Herald certainly agrees with the principle of writing to your senator or congressman. Some folks doubt if their opinions count for much. But we’re convinced they do. Letters from a small state such as Utah aren’t so voluminous that they can’t be tabulated and considered. And we’re told our representatives in Washington place much value on the opinions from their constituents.
