LaVerl Christensen and Oliver R. Smith; Outstanding&nbsp;Man: Ross B. Denham, Myron J. Fulrath, and Carlyle Harmon; Outstanding Woman: Carol B. Lambert, Ruth W. Melville, Jenniev Poulson; Senior Citizen: Don Machan, John Rulon Morgan, and H. Edwin Nicholson; Outstanding Youth; Nancy Heckmann, Tomoo Taguchia, and a tie between Matthew Holland and Erik Garold Davis; Outstanding Educator; Barbara Merrill, Joyce Nelson, and Edward A. Sandgren; Outstanding Neighbor: Albert V. (Roxie) and Mabel J.
