April 27 NP9We are delighted that some of the publicity we have dispursed is being utilized to warn Utah consumers about the perils of unwise investrnmts. in the ten months since we began a consumer education program, we feel we’ve made some eadway in alerting consumers of some of the problems that have rmulted in our State from fraudulent schemes. We also appreciate the signilicant contribution of the news media in helping us get inlomiation to the public.
